The Company is managed by Shri Rajan Mashelkar, with working experience of 20 years in various departments of Central Excise , Customs and Service Tax, qualified under Section 35Qof Central Excise Act 1944 and Sec-146 of the Customs Act 1962 to appear and argue before departmental adjudicating authorities, Commissioner (Appeal) and CESTAT.
